Chef Misha has always had a passion for cooking. As a resident of the North Shore of Massachusetts for the last thirty years,  he was brought up around delicious Mediterranean and Eastern European food and culture. This is where he undoubtedly picked up his affinity for a range of cuisines. 

Today, with over 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Misha’s passion for creative, flavorful dishes are a staple of his kitchen. His inspiration stems from classic Russian, European and Israeli dishes with a unique and modern twist, to create food that not only looks beautiful, but tastes great. Whether you’re dining at Phinix Lounge, enjoying a catering order in a corporate setting, a cooking class, or a meal delivered directly from Phinix in the comfort of your own home, the quality and passion Chef Misha brings to each dish is abundantly apparent!
