Los Chamos

Los Chamos was created as an idea to bring the authentic Venezuelan atmosphere and tradition to many people around the Boston area. Our family is known for its cooking tradition throughout the years. Many have asked us to open a restaurant where Mama Doris could share her extraordinary flavor. During one of our many family gatherings the idea of building a business from the ground up intensified. Weeks later Los Chamos was born no longer an idea. As a family we discovered each one of us brought an especial talent to the table. With everyone’s effort a business plan was quickly developed and the store opens its doors a few months later.
