The Greater Lynn Photographic Association (GLPA) is pleased to announce the Opening Reception for its 2^nd Annual Members Photographic Exhibition at the Demakes YMCA in Lynn on Sunday,  April 2^nd  from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. This reception is open to the public. Come view the photographic art and meet some of the association’s members and learn about the Greater Lynn Photographic Association.

The exhibit will run from April 2^nd  until June 4th at the Demakes YMCA. Non-members of the YMCA may view the exhibit during that time frame, but must sign in at the front desk for access.

The Greater Lynn Photographic Association is a group of photo-hobbyists dedicated to “teaching the craft of the camera and exploring the art of photography.” The membership is a group of serious photographers ranging from young adults to retirees and from total beginners to a Pulitzer Prize winning professional, with most of us somewhere in between. It is also one of the oldest photographic associations/clubs in the United States.

Membership is open to everyone, and neither a photographic background, nor fancy camera equipment is required.
