We’re pleased to continue the summertime tradition of inviting members of our community to spend time with our eens and adult staff over lunch on our farms.
Farm Lunch is an opportunity to informally learn about The Food Project’s mission and programming, including through conversations with teenage members of Root Crew, our professional farmers, and our Regional Directors.
Guests are invited to arrive by 12:00 for a walking tour of the farm led by Root Crew teens. A complimentary buffet lunch, including vegetarian options featuring items harvested from the farm, will be provided at 12:30 and everyone gathers at picnic tables under a tent or pavilion.
While your philanthropic support of The Food Project is always welcomed, there is no expectation of a donation associated with these community building events. Please consider bringing a guest (or two) in order to introduce them to The Food Project so that we can continue to expand our network.
Due to limited capacity, an RSVP is required. To RSVP or learn more, please contact Jeasebelle Soto, Development Associate & Root Crew alumna via email by clicking here.
